My name is Sonia Gorzalnik and I am a philologist. I was born in 1987 in Racibórz, Poland. In 2007 I begun my studies of English Philology with specialties in teaching and psycho-pedagogical therapy at the State Higher Vocational School in Racibórz. During my studies I obtained the Erasmus scholarship and had the opportunity to complete my teaching practice working at a school in Wales, Great Britain, which was an amazing adventure. In 2010 I obtained my Bachelor of Arts diploma. I continued my education at the University of Silesia and obtained the degree of Master of Arts with the specialty in translation and culture and media studies. After completing my education in the filed of Philology, I took a post-graduate course in Psychology of Social Behavior.
My adventure as a teacher of English begun in 2007, in my forst year as a student, when I started tutoring children and teenagers. I also occasionally worked as a translator and interpreter. In 2010 I joined a couple of language schools and started my career as a professional teacher. I worked in a numer of roles and in a number of places, language schools and business offices as a tutor and language coach.
In 2011 I started working as a tutor in a certified Callan Method school. It took my a while to learn the method, because I observed very fast progress with my students, even those, who said that they have no talent for languages.
